The Exo Terra TerraSky UVB LED Terrarium Bulb emits optimal levels of UVA & UVB and is an ideal energy efficient UV source for various terrarium applications. The wide beam angle and horizontal orientation of the TerraSky UVB LED Terrarium Bulb ensures that a larger area is covered with optimal UVA and UVB rays.
The combination of unique and powerful UVB, UVA and 6500K LEDs provides your reptiles with a broad spectrum of visual light and UV. The UVA rays stimulate the animal’s appetite, activity, and reproductive behavior. UVA also reduces stress and contributes to the animal’s overall wellbeing. The UVB rays provide a high Vitamin D3 yield index and ensure optimal vitamin D3 photosynthesis to aid calcium absorption and prevent metabolic diseases.
The Exo Terra® TerraSky UV LED Terrarium Bulb use very durable LED chips that produce Light, UVA and UVB rays for up to 20,000 hours or 4+ years!
The horizontal orientation and powerful LEDs of the TerraSky UVB LED Bulb ensure that a larger surface benefits from the optimal light and UV rays. The base of the lamp can be rotated at a 300° angle to direct the wide UV beam to a specific area in the terrarium. The compact dimensions of the TerraSky UVB LED Bulb also allow it to be used on smaller terrariums.
Can be combined with a Daytime Basking Spot or Intense Basking Spot, depending on your animal’s temperature requirements.
Can be combined with an Infrared Basking Spot to create a 24-hour cycle.
