Giant Queensland Katydid - Phyllophorella
These are very intersting looking creatures and are very easy to keep.
Their diet consists of plants, fruit and orthopteran mix (made up of muesli, fish flakes and other ingredients).
Plants include;
Roses, apple, hardenbergia, lilly pilly, canna lily, tree lucerne, beans and peas foliage, callistemon, palms of all sorts, strawberry foliage, prunus, vegetable foliage.
They require the foliage to be fresh and green and like damp, humid conditions.
Giant Queensland Katydids (Phyllophorella) will need to be sprayed daily and require an enviroment of not below 15 degrees celsius.
